For all you lovers of the Internal Revenue Code, this is a link to a relatively highly regarded tax blog written by a Philadelphia tax attorney. I looked at it quickly, and though I understand some of it, the breadth of the blog's coverage goes beyond the Raytheon replacement rule or the definition of gross income, so I am at a loss.
